Andrew Kettlewell
Andrew Kettlewell is a skilled trial lawyer with over a decade of experience handling complex criminal investigations. Prior to founding SKP, Andrew served as an Assistant District Attorney assigned to the Senior Trial Unit and the Homicide Unit of the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office.
Andrew is at home in the courtroom, having tried more than seventy criminal cases - including a wide array of felony, homicide, and drug charges - to a jury and many more to a judge. As a prosecutor, he presented numerous cases before a Grand Jury and successfully litigated hundreds of pre-trial motions. Andrew is known for the strategic, pragmatic, and creative approach that he brings to his cases, distilling complex investigations down to what is important to achieve successful trial outcomes.
In his time at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, Andrew partnered in working groups with the Vera Institute of Justice in its efforts to ensure fairness and equity in the criminal justice system.
Andrew was named a Top Attorney by Boston Magazine in 2024.
